If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued using your original payment method.
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
The return request is submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order.
The Goods are unused and in their original condition.
The Goods are returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and components where applicable.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Products that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
The following products cannot be returned unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:
Products manufactured or customised to your specifications.
Special-order items.
Goods that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Products that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiry date.
Hygiene or health-related products that have been opened after delivery.

Magine Hardware reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy or applicable legislation.
Returns of machinery and power tools that are not defective may be subject to a 10% handling and restocking fee.
This fee does not apply where a product is defective or where your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act require otherwise.
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged during delivery;
Defective;
Incorrectly supplied; or
Missing parts,

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as Magine Hardware cannot be held responsible for returned Goods that are lost or damaged while in transit.
Where a return is the result of a defective product, incorrect item supplied, or an error by Magine Hardware, we may arrange collection or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required by applicable law.
Once your returned Goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If your return is approved:
Your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
You will not be charged any additional refund processing fees.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:

Where stock is available, Magine Hardware may offer an exchange instead of a refund for eligible returned products.
