The Rancilio Classe 5 commercial espresso machines are able to operate on single phase or three phase power, much like other commercial offerings. However, the Classe 5 also offers a very useful factory-fitted gas-heating option. This allows you to significantly reduce power consumption by using gas for the energy-intensive heating requirements.

Single Group Tank Option

For those considering a small espresso machine for smaller coffee operations of 100 cups per day or less, the Classe 5 1 group is an ideal solution with an ample 4L boiler despite its small footprint. Even better, it comes in a highly portable tank-operated version, as well as a plumbed in version.
